I had the priviledge to take part in a roundtable discussion this week in Chicago. Distributed learning directors from several of the top theological graduate programs around the country got together to hash out many of the issues that directly affect our specific programs from the institutional to the accreditation level. I can’t tell you how helpful this group of people was/is to me. I’ve longed to be part of these kinds of conversations. For those of us in online learning at seminaries, it can be an isolating experience. These folks get it. And they’re doing great work for their seminaries. And, most important, they love Jesus and have a Kingdom building perspective. Thanks to TEDS for hosting us, and I look forward to on-going conversations with everyone in this group!
